Learning Strategies for Trauma Awareness
and Resilience in a Single Day
Not enough time for the full STAR Training? Our STAR-Lite Training condenses the 5 day STAR Training into a single-day. It is a good option for those who wish to learn the basics of becoming trauma-informed, resilience-oriented, and restorative justice-focused, yet aren't able to commit a lot of time.
STAR-Lite is a research-supported experiential education training that integrates neuropsychology, trauma healing and resilience, restorative justice, nonviolent conflict transformation, and broadly defined spirituality. It is designed for those wanting to understand psychological trauma and move toward building peace within their spheres of influence to satisfy the basic human need for justice.
The STAR-Lite Training is neither a replacement or prerequisite for the full STAR Training. It serves as a refresher course for graduates of the full STAR Training.
STAR-Lite has been approved for 6.5 hours of CEs for Teachers, Mental Health Providers, and Nurses, CEs are an additional $35.
If you are an attorney and would like 5.5 hours of CLEs, please contact email@example.com for more details.
