Custom Talking Circles

For government agencies, corporations, community groups, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and faith communities that are committed to addressing historical racialized harm and dismantling racism within their organizational structure, we facilitate racial healing talking circles for professional staff development and positive structural change. Depending on the cultural of the institution we offer these talking circles for multi-racial groups and/or self-identified racial affinity groups (i.e. Black, African American, and/or African; People of Color, White). At the beginning of each talking circle, all those present review and commit to guidelines for our time together and then respond to queries by sharing thoughts, feelings, and stories in response to race-related and other timely topics.
We welcome all who are invested in transforming unhealed racial harm and psychological trauma into nonviolent power to join us. Our goal is to help government agencies, communities, organizations, and corporations move beyond the legacy of enslavement, subjugation of Indigenous people, colonization, and white supremacy by actively being part of the solution.
