Introduction to Tapping for Stress Release:
Emotional Freedom Technique

Struggling with stress, grief, and various life challenges? Join Peacebuilding and Carolyn Yoder, MA, LPC, for an introduction to tapping basics.

Introduction to Tapping (Intro to Tapping) is designed to teach essential tapping skills and practices for releasing stress and trauma from your mind, body, and spirit.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly known as "Tapping," is an evidence-based strategy that, when practiced regularly, helps reduce the impact of emotional pain, fostering a calmer, more centered mindset and clearer thinking. In this session, you'll have the option to actively participate or simply observe, listen, and learn.

Here's what you'll gain:
  • Understanding the fundamental philosophy, principles, and practice of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for stress release.
  • Learning the foundational EFT tapping acupressure points and techniques for stress release.
  • Engaging in practice sessions using basic tapping skills tailored to address everyday life stresses.

Cost
Introduction to Tapping is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis ($0 - $75).
